The State Duma wants to equate Radio Liberty with ISIS
Not only foreign media, recognized by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation as foreign agents, must label their materials. It is necessary to oblige other media to indicate the status of foreign agents when referring to them.

Vice Speaker Pyotr Tolstoy made such a proposal today in the State Duma, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“These media are influential not on their own, but due to hyperlinks on the Internet, including social networks. Do you know that Radio Liberty is the most cited radio on the RuNet? He should be referred to as a foreign agent, just as when we mention ISIS we add “banned in Russia,” Tolstoy said.
He believes that foreign media media are active participants in the hybrid war on Russian territory.
“The subsidiary projects of these media are focused primarily on those regions of Russia in which they hope to sow instability and shake up the situation by throwing a certain information agenda into society,” Tolstoy said.
As an example, he cited the subsidiary project of Radio Liberty “Donbass. Realii”, on the air of which recently one of the speakers suggested “cutting down the Russian language”.
