The State Duma wants to hold closed briefings on SVO
Closed briefings will be organized in the State Duma of the Russian Federation, at which deputies will be told about the situation in the Northern Military District zone.
This proposal was made by Communist Party member Sergei Obukhov at today’s plenary meeting, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Voters ask us questions about problematic issues of the Northern Military District in Ukraine. There are a lot of sensitive topics here. We see how, in connection with the unprecedented shelling of Donetsk with the help of NATO weapons, the thesis is being replicated that in 4 months Russia was unable to protect the LDPR.
Or a scandal in social networks in connection with the exchange (or non-exchange) of a certain lady: either Saira or Tyra. The media has long portrayed her as a fierce Nazi murderer from Azov. The topic of shelling of Chernomorneftegaz platforms and oil refineries in the Rostov region is being discussed. What are our response measures? The situation around the blockade of the Kaliningrad region is alarming,” Obukhov said.
Speaker of Parliament Vyacheslav Volodin instructed the relevant committee to agree on the format of the event.
