The State Duma promises to attract Ukrainian citizens to the side of Russia
Russia must work to attract Ukrainian citizens to its side by all available means. State Duma deputy Mikhail Starshinov stated this on the air of the talk show “Time will tell.”
According to him, this requires both supporting the opposition in Ukraine and using “non-standard methods.”

“We must try to make our country attractive to them. There are a significant number of different technologies, ranging from cross-border cooperation to support for various opposition forces, non-profit organizations, and so on. There are standard steps, and there are non-standard ones - you must always remember them, invent them and take them,” said Starshinov.
