The State Duma raised the issue of abandoning the currency box
An economy of victory must be created in Russia.
LDPR representative Vladimir Koshelev stated this today in the State Duma, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We are obliged to demand from the government a program to create a winning economy. To do this, it’s time for us to stop hoarding money and concentrate on growing our own production. Industrialization of the country is impossible without genuine project financing,” Koshelev said.
He accused the West of deceiving and robbing Russia.
“We have been convinced for years that Russia is part of the Western “democratic” world, that we live in a global economy that dictates different approaches. There is no need to open your own production. It is expensive and unprofitable because everything can be bought. Today we not only cannot buy goods abroad, our money is considered not ours. What we put aside for a rainy day became, in their opinion, not our money. The reserve currencies dollar and euro have not lived up to their purpose. The Western world does not need a strong, independent Russia.
They are interested in Russia becoming a raw materials appendage, while its population is rapidly declining. Our only answer to all this must be industrialization. We must become the most attractive country in the world for investment,” Koshelev said.
