Bills submitted to the State Duma of the Russian Federation must be passed through an anti-plagiarism program. LDPR deputy Alexander Starovoytov said this today, speaking in the Russian parliament.

“Deputies of other factions copy the legislative initiatives of the LDPR. Universities have long introduced such a system as anti-plagiarism. Why don’t we in the State Duma think about the same system? And then situations will not arise when the LDPR faction comes up with a bill on aggressive driving. The government says let's do it, but calls it "dangerous driving." And everyone forgets whose initiative it is,” Starovoitov said.
