The State Duma calls for issuing Russian passports to Crimeans with Ukrainian registration
Kyiv, January 29 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – Crimeans who have lived on the peninsula for a long time, but are registered in the regions of Ukraine, should receive passports of Russian citizens according to a simplified procedure, without legal proceedings.
This was stated by LDPR deputy Roman Khudyakov during government hour in the State Duma of the Russian Federation.

“Those citizens who have lived their whole lives in Crimea and were at one time registered, for example, in Kyiv, Donetsk, Lugansk, they still solve the problems of obtaining an internal passport through the courts. The courts often refuse them. What should these citizens do now, where should they go? This is a big problem that we must solve. No trials - the person went and got a passport,” assures Khudyakov.
