The State Duma assures that Europe is becoming increasingly disillusioned with Ukraine
Kyiv, February 02 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – Thanks to Russia’s efforts on international platforms, the European community’s perception of events in eastern Ukraine is changing not in favor of the latter.
Chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs Alexei Pushkov stated this on the air of the talk show “Sunday Evening”.

According to him, today more and more European politicians support Russia’s position on Ukraine.
“We constantly raise the issue there about the tragedy in Odessa, about what is happening in the East of Ukraine, about the bombing of residential areas, about refugees,” he said.
Pushkov noted that in PACE “64 deputies, that’s about 30%, voted not to apply sanctions to us.”
“In April, when we were deprived of the right to vote for the first time, only 20 people spoke out for us. That is, we are still promoting this agenda, and there is now much more skepticism towards Ukraine, they are believed much less,” Pushkov noted.
