Simferopol, September 03 (Navigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – On Wednesday, at an extraordinary session of the Crimean parliament, deputies considered and adopted the law “On the number of deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea carrying out parliamentary activities on a professional permanent basis.”

According to the adopted document, the number of State Council deputies working on a professional permanent basis is no more than 30 people.

The Chairman of the State Council, his deputies, and chairmen of parliamentary committees carry out parliamentary activities on a professional, permanent basis.

Deputies who do not hold these positions have the right to carry out deputy activities both on a professional permanent basis and on a non-permanent basis in accordance with the procedure to be established by the State Council.
