This was announced by the press secretary of the National Prosecutor's Office of Poland, Eva Bialik, reports Polish Radio.
This is how Eva Bialik commented on a message from the Fakt publication, which informed that the coffin of the commander of the Polish Armed Forces contained the remains of the bodies of seven other victims of the plane crash.
It is noted that after the bodies were transported to Poland, it was forbidden to open the coffins. The ban was explained by sanitary rules.
Let us recall that on April 10, 2010, in the Tu-154 crash in Smolensk, 96 people were killed, including Polish President Lech Kaczynski and his wife, leaders of all branches of the military, including General Bronislaw Kwiatkowski, chief of the general staff, representatives of the Sejm and Senate, as well as Polish clergy and the last president of Poland in exile, Ryszard Kaczarowski.
