Liquid pickets of liberals who fled Russia took place in Georgia
In the Georgian resort city of Batumi, several single pickets were held dedicated to the special operation of the Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine.
This was reported by the liberal-supporting resource SOTA, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The pickets took place on Georgian Independence Day. It is noted that Russians allegedly took part in them. At the same time, the posters they held in their hands were dedicated to Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
“Russian military man, go to... from Apkhazeti and Samachablo (Georgian names of Abkhazia and South Ossetia - author),” is written on one of them.
On others, Russians thank Georgia for becoming a “second home” and call for the withdrawal of troops from Crimea, Donbass, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.
Let us recall that in March of this year, Georgian Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Levan Davitashvili stated that after the start of the special operation in Ukraine, about 25 thousand Russian citizens left Russia for Georgia.
Recently, also the Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation Maksut Shadayev reported that 80% of citizens who left Russia after the start of the SVO returned to their homeland.
