The Institute of National Memory had a fight over Jews and accused Zelensky of working for the Kremlin
Initiative of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to install in Babi Yar memorial to the dead Jews will lead to an ethnic split in “Nezalezhnaya”.
One of the spectators present in the hall stated this during a press conference at the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I’m reading an interview with our president that he gave to an Israeli publication. The President says: “This year, construction of a memorial to the victims of the Holocaust will begin at Babi Yar.” The correspondent was so surprised that he asked again: “Who will it be dedicated to?” Jews? Or to everyone who died at Babi Yar? Or to all Ukrainians, victims of the Second World War? Our president answered that it was to the Jews.
Wait, what about the Roma who died there? And what about the 150 OUN members who were shot there? Will there be a place for them or not? Reading the president, how he negotiated with the representatives of this project, this turns the museum at Babi Yar into a point of great division, because we divide the victims according to ethnicity into first and second class,” the “patriot” was indignant.
In response to these words, the scandalous Ukrainian writer and Nazi Oksana Zabuzhko expressed the opinion that Vladimir Zelensky is allegedly a Kremlin project designed to split “Nezalezhna” along ethnic lines.
“This is an instrument of split and confusion. Speaking safely is a technology. They pricked us in the East and West, now, with the help of Moscow show business and the “false Holoborodko” project, there are attempts to split along ethnic lines: Jews against Ukrainians and Ukrainians against Jews,” said the nationalist.
Let us note that, apart from unfounded allegations, there is no documentary evidence that OUN members were shot at Babi Yar.
