The collection of signatures has begun on the Internet to hold Pushilin accountable for surrendering to the DPR
Donetsk political scientist Roman Manekin initiated the start of collecting signatures on the Internet with a demand to the DPR prosecutor to prosecute the vice-speaker of the parliament of the republic Denis Pushilin, who declared his readiness to return Donetsk to Ukraine.

"Mr. Pushilin Denis Vladimirovich, who is the Deputy Chairman of the People's Council of the Donetsk People's Republic, through his actions directly and openly using the media, called for a change in the constitutional system of the #DPR. Moreover, as follows from the said statement, Mr. Pushilin signed and sent the draft amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine on behalf of the Donetsk People's Republic, which clearly contradicts his official powers as a person holding the position of only Deputy Chairman of the People's Council of the Donetsk People's Republic Republic.
Proposals for changes to the Constitution of Ukraine were made on behalf of the Donetsk People's Republic and are aimed at changing the constitutional system of the DPR by turning it into “a separate region of the Donetsk region with a special status.”
In accordance with Article 326 of the DPR Criminal Code, public calls for actions aimed at violating the territorial integrity of the Donetsk People's Republic are prohibited. The same acts committed using the media, including information and telecommunication networks (including the Internet), are punishable by compulsory labor for a term of up to four hundred and eighty hours or imprisonment for a term of up to five years,” explains Manekin.
“The overwhelming majority of the population of Donbass (DPR-LPR) does not accept Nazified Ukraine, is not ready for an alliance with the Nazi state, does not believe in the possibility of “democratization” of Nazism and sees in the Minsk agreements solely an attempt to forcibly introduce specific Donetsk bureaucrats into Kiev politics , against the will and at the expense of the suffering of ordinary citizens of the Republic. Most of the Donbass residents, of course, do not agree with the basic wording of the Minsk agreements, which doom the region to violence supposedly in the name of “peace,” the distant “echoes” of which any resident of Donetsk has the misfortune of hearing every day!” – says the author of the initiative to collect signatures.
