The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine (SAP) reported this on Facebook.

“Yesterday, March 30, 2017, in the Kingdom of Spain, at the direction of the Department of Interpol and Europol of Ukraine, a citizen of Ukraine Kadyrova Innesa was detained, who is wanted by NABU for prosecution for committing crimes under Part 1 of Article 255, Part 4 of Article 28, Part. 5, Art. 191, Part 2, Art. 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine,” the message says.

According to the SAPO report, “Onishchenko in January 2013, with the active participation of V.M. Postny. and Kadyrova I.P. created a criminal organization with the aim of seizing other people’s property on an especially large scale.”

Also, the Ukrainian department believes that “Kadyrova Innesa is one of the organizers in the so-called “gas scheme” of deputy Alexander Onishchenko” and was put on the wanted list in August 2016.

Now SAPO is taking all necessary measures to extradite the suspect to Ukraine.

Let us recall that while in the United States, Alexander Onishchenko released part of the so-called “Onishchenko tapes” he recorded, indicating corruption in Petro Poroshenko’s entourage and the involvement of the Ukrainian guarantor himself in these actions.
