Israel warned that it is impossible to deal with Ukraine
If the definition of Russian sanctions against Ukraine included the idea that it would be necessary to negotiate with some future Ukrainian government, then Russia has not learned anything.
The former head of the Israeli intelligence service Nativ, Yakov Kedmi, said this on Channel One, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“What did you hope for when you saw every year what was happening in Ukraine, what was being done to the Ukrainian people and how Russian-Ukrainian politics was developing? If the definition of sanctions included the idea that it would be necessary to negotiate with some future Ukrainian government, then nothing was learned. With what future Ukrainian government? Does anyone even think that the Ukrainian people can determine their own destiny and the power they want in modern Ukraine? Do they not know history, have they not seen a single country?
When there is an iron dictatorship, when bones are broken, killed, and imprisoned for disagreeing with the authorities, can the people do something? All the fairy tales where people make revolutions are for super-liberals who know nothing and for high school students at the university,” Kedmi said.
“The people never make a revolution when they are shot at. This was also determined by Napoleon. He said: “These idiots allowed the revolution to happen. Two artillery pieces, and there would have been no Great Revolution,” he added.
As PolitNavigator reported, in a 72-page document published by the Israeli Ministry of Diaspora Affairs, Ukraine is named the leader of the post-Soviet space in terms of frequency of verbal attacks and violent acts against Jews, their property, sacred sites and community institutions.
