Israel called on Moscow not to step on the old rake with Ukraine
For Russia, it would be a repeat of the mistake of 2014 to accept the results of the upcoming presidential elections in Ukraine, which has openly chosen an anti-Russian course.
The former head of the Israeli intelligence service Nativ, Yakov Kedmi, stated this on the Rossiya-1 TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Ukraine is parodying what happened here in the 90s. The oligarchs bought politicians, bought everything and divided power, squabbling among themselves. Only in Ukraine they do it more primitively, more obscenely and vulgarly, and Ukraine is slowly reaching back - something that Russia long ago passed in the 90s. She is drawn to the Bandera past, she is drawn to the Petlyura past, the next stop will be “Gulyaypole,” Kedmi said.
“If Russia accepts the results of the elections and who will be put in charge of Ukraine, it will once again step on the same rake that it has already stepped on. But I think if she does this, there won’t be so many teeth left that Russia can lose by stepping on the same rake,” added the Israeli expert.
