“The order that emerged after the Second World War practically does not exist. It was destroyed when NATO forces bombed Yugoslavia, destroyed with the entry of American and NATO troops into the Baltic states. It ceased to exist due to the actions of American troops in Georgia and Ukraine. Formally, this order is still written down somewhere, but in reality the situation is such that it is impossible to restore it. A new order will have to be established. To what extent will it be based on multilateral agreements and to what extent on bilateral agreements? I am more inclined to the second option,” Kedmi said.
