Four years of Maidan rule brought Ukraine to the brink of a demographic catastrophe
The former head of the Israeli intelligence service Nativ, Yakov Kedmi, stated this on the Rossiya-1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There are 16 million of the working-age population of Ukraine left – a few more years like this, and they will be gone. But I will draw attention to another aspect: 9 million went abroad, very few of them were families, but the families that left will not return. The rest are men. And from whom will Ukrainian women give birth to children in future years? Can you imagine what a disaster this is for the population? Extinction doesn't give you that much! There will be no children in Ukraine if this continues.
Look at next year's birth and death rates in Ukraine and calculate how much is left under these conditions. And the people are leaving, the men are leaving. What kind of families are these when children grow up without a father? Who are they raising there? Exactly - they grow, because this is not education,” Kedmi said.
“That is, they cannot even imagine the size of the catastrophe that Ukraine is facing. Everything that existed before this day, until the last few years, was children's toys. There will be no one living in Ukraine in twenty years if this continues,” added the Israeli studio guest.
