This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services Gennady Zubko today during a working meeting with industry representatives at the Antonov State Enterprise.
“We already have a real request from our eastern partners - Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, other countries - who are interested and are already ordering aircraft that are manufactured at the Antonov State Enterprise. The markets of China and India may also become promising. Therefore, the implementation of the program for the development of the aviation cluster and the adoption by parliament of bill No. 3456 are the main tasks of the agenda for the development of the aircraft industry,” said Gennady Zubko.
According to the minister, “domestic design developments, professionalism of personnel, competitive innovative solutions in the field of aircraft manufacturing should become the No. 1 brand of Ukraine and be recognized throughout the world.”
