“Winter Cherry” was dismantled in Kemerovo
Kemerovo authorities have completed dismantling the building of the Winter Cherry shopping center, which burned down in March of this year.
This was reported by PolitNavigator with reference to "Reedus".
Now the builders have dismantled the above-ground part of the shopping center and are removing metal structures.
It is reported that a public garden will appear on the site of the Winter Cherry, and by September 1, instead of the established public memorial, it is planned to place a memorial stone in honor of the victims of the tragedy that claimed 60 lives.
Previously controversial Ukrainian pranker Nikita Kuvikov, better known as Evgeniy Volnov launched a fake campaign, misrepresenting the number of victims in the fire at the Winter Cherry shopping center in Kemerovo. He also stated that he would try bring maximum pain to the relatives of the tragedy, because they, like the dead, supported the reunification of Crimea and the Russian Federation.
And former adviser to the Minister of Emergency Situations of Ukraine, reserve colonel Konstantin Grinchuk in his blog called the incident a “boomerang”, which hit Russia, supposedly “for Ukraine, Georgia and Syria.”
