The building was seized by representatives of the “Donbass People's Militia Pavel Gubarev” at about 18:00, who changed the symbolism, the portal “06257” reports.

According to the publication, tires for barricade equipment are being actively brought to the executive committee and people are gathering.

Verkhovna Rada deputy Vladislav Lukyanov took an active part in the rally, which was held under the city council building, reports Ostro, citing eyewitnesses.

“Some eyewitnesses to this action have the impression that Lukyanov is well acquainted with the people who are now inside the building. At least, it’s not noticeable that he was worried,” Ostrov quotes a local journalist.
