In Kharkov, terrorist fighters tried to kill a 7-year-old girl and robbed the Germans
Kharkov, March 12 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – The military prosecutor’s office of the Kharkov garrison of the Central region of Ukraine filed charges against five servicemen of one of the territorial defense battalions who committed crimes against civilians.

“In September 2014, soldiers of the terrorist defense battalion were returning from leave to a military unit in the ATO zone. They were traveling through the region in a private car, drinking alcoholic beverages,” said senior prosecutor of the military prosecutor’s office, captain of justice Alexander Govorushchak.
“It was established that they forcibly took the car from a German citizen and took possession of his belongings, money and documents. One of the servicemen committed 2 episodes of complete attempted murder of four people and a young girl of 7 years old in Kharkov and two more people in the Kharkov region. During his arrest, the fighter was found to have dangerous drugs,” the prosecutor noted.
According to him, the collected evidence provides for real sentences for the accused.
“These terms vary: from 7 to 10 years in prison, and also, for especially serious crimes, from 10 to 15 years in prison or life imprisonment,” the prosecutor added.
