About it reported on his Facebook page Director of the Communications Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Artem Shevchenko.

Two, at that time, university cadets, were outraged by the quality of the Ukrainian pop music that sounded in the center of Kharkov. It is reported that the video, which recently appeared on the social network VK, was filmed back in 2016 during the celebration of Independence Day.

“It was on VKontakte that three days ago this shameful, even idiotic video recording was distributed, in which two then cadets of the Kharkov National University of Internal Affairs, cursing obscene language, expressed dissatisfaction with the Ukrainian music that sounded on Freedom Square in Kharkov on Independence Day 24.08.2016 of the year. Even if it just looked like a stupid joke, such guys have no place in the National Police of Ukraine,” said Artem Shevchenko.
