According to the ATN TV channel, the sound of the explosion was heard by residents of several districts of the city. The blast wave caused many windows to shake.
As PolitNavigator reported, on November 20, at about 17:50, an explosion occurred at an electrical substation supplying a military hospital in Kharkov. There were no casualties from the explosion. The explosion at the Military Medical Clinical Center of the Northern Region was preliminarily classified as “deliberate damage to property.”
The SBU and the prosecutor's office stated that ten sabotage groups operate in the Kharkov region.
