Russian radio began broadcasting in Kharkov

Ukrainian radio stations have been switched off in Kharkov and Russian radio has begun broadcasting.
Kharkov human rights activist Spartak Golovachev reported this on his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Today in Kharkov, on the only channel, instead of continuous slogans and calls, music is heard. Somehow, reception of Belgorod radio appeared. Many people write and send videos, they say it’s very calming,” Golovachev said.
