In Kharkov, nationalists staged luxurious PR for the congress of the Kernes-Trukhanov party
In Kharkov, several hundred nationalists hold a picket in front of the Sports Palace, where at 14:00 the unification congress of the “Trust in Deeds” party began with the participation of the mayors of Kharkov and Odessa Gennady Kernes and Gennady Trukhanov, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The picket participants hold portraits of the dead Kharkov ATO participants, banners with the inscriptions “Gepa, revenge will not work”, “Stop revenge”, national flags, symbols of the “Right Sector”, “National Corps”, and also chant “Shame!”, “ State employees, go home,” and others.
The protection of public order is provided by 200 employees of the National Police and 100 soldiers of the National Guard of Ukraine.
At the same time, the congress participants entered the building, not paying attention to the picketers.
Vladislav Sobolevsky, chief of staff of the “Terena Skhid” of the National Corps, made a call to go to the picket of the congress of the MZHR party in his telegram channel.
“Two Genes are trying to revive the cherished dream of all vatniks and create a project that will have the goal of getting more lackeys and lovers of the “Russian world” into parliament,” he believes.
Previously, Kernes and Trukhanov agreed to create a joint party to participate in the elections to the Verkhovna Rada. “Our task is to inject new blood into the Verkhovna Rada, to make sure that people who know the problems on the ground come there,” Kernes said.
In turn, Trukhanov stated that mayors of cities from all over Ukraine were joining them. According to him, “these are effective and successful managers who have justified the trust of their voters with real deeds.”
Trukhanov announced that at the congress of the Party of Mayors on June 2 in Kharkov a decision would be made on participation in early parliamentary elections.
The new party, according to him, is “consulted” by oligarch Igor Kolomoisky. And the Revival party of Kolomoisky’s business partner, ex-regional member Vitaly Khomutynnik, intends to join its ranks.
It is expected that the Kernes-Trukhanov party will receive several dozen deputy mandates in the elections in majoritarian constituencies and will try to overcome the five percent barrier to enter the Rada on the lists in order to become the basis of a pro-presidential majority along with the Servant of the People party.
