It is reported that explanatory work is being carried out with residents of the villages.
“For the preparation of the appropriate design documentation for the construction of reinforcing gas pipelines of low and medium pressure and reinforcing ShRP this year, funds were allocated from the district budget: Pokotilovsky village council - 551 thousand UAH, Budyansky village council - 1 million 650 thousand UAH,” - the message says.
“In Kharkov, the heating pipe can be sold for scrap, the heating network has been liquidated,” social media users commented on the incident.
