Kharkov, April 06 (Navigator, Olga Nikolaeva) – In Kharkov there was a clash between participants in rallies for federalization and the Kharkov Euromaidan.
Initially, pro-Russian supporters gathered at the Lenin monument, and Maidan activists - at the Shevchenko monument.

Soon, part of the column of participants in the pro-Russian rally moved from Freedom Square to Rymarskaya Street, then on Sumskaya Street they collided with Euromaidan participants.
There was a scuffle with the use of tear gas and stun grenades. Presumably, the grenades were thrown by Right Sector supporters. Later, eyewitnesses discovered backpacks with ammunition and protective equipment, presumably belonging to “visiting provocateurs.”
According to other information, the police threw stun grenades.
The police tried to ensure the retreat of the Euromaidan protesters; law enforcement officers created a corridor along which Ukrainian activists fled.
