This was reported by the communications department of the Kharkov region police.
“The incident was reported to the Kiev police department today at 9:00. The management of the department and the investigative team went to the scene of the incident. Information about the incident was registered in the register of unified offenses of the Kyiv police department. The inspection continues,” the message says.
