This was announced by Deputy Director of the Legal Department of the Kharkov City Council Vyacheslav Basarab.
He clarified that the court limited the right to assembly by prohibiting a public organization from holding a procession.
Let us recall that on April 30, the court banned the public organization “Labor Kharkovshina” from holding a rally on May 1, and the organization “Russian Cathedral - Russian Community” from holding a rally on May 3.
