This was stated by the Governor of the Kharkov region Igor Rainin, who supported the idea.

“We will definitely make sure that people can take part in its creation. We will also hold a charity concert at the Kharkov Regional Philharmonic to raise funds. Of course, we will find funding for the Memorial complex even without such a concert, but I think it will be right if everyone can participate in this,” noted Igor Rainin during a meeting with ATO participants.

The event participants, among others, raised the issue of perpetuating the memory of the fallen “brothers” and the creation of a regional ATO museum.

“I fully support the idea of creating a museum. We are working on it,” responded Igor Rainin.
