By its decision, the court ordered the immediate reinstatement of Vladimir Sukhodubov to the position of head of the personnel department of the Kharkov region prosecutor's office.
In addition, the court decided to compensate Sukhobudov’s earnings for the period of “forced absenteeism for the period from October 21 to November 24.”
The order to dismiss Sukhodubov was issued on October 23. He is prohibited for 10 years from holding positions covered by the law “On the Cleansing of Power.” Before moving to the HR department, Sukhodubov worked as the first deputy prosecutor of the Kharkov region - from December 2011 and worked at least until the end of 2013.
As PolitNavigator reported, a number of prosecutors from other regions are also challenging their lustration in court.
