This was announced by the Chairman of the Kharkov Regional State Administration Igor Baluta, reports “Status Quo”.
The “wall” is made in the form in which it should be, for 4,5 km. It's not just a moat. These 4,5 km, completed along with the fence, are as they should be,” the governor noted.
According to him, partial work has been carried out on another 62 km of the border. All of them were financed from the regional budget.
At the same time, he emphasized that the “Wall” is necessary to stop the passage of saboteurs and combat smuggling, and not to protect against military invasion.
