In the Kharkov region, Russia captured a huge arsenal of the Ukrainian Armed Forces
The largest arsenal of weapons in Ukraine in Balakleya, Kharkov region, came under the control of the Russian Armed Forces.
Military correspondent Alexander Kots reported this on his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, the major fire that occurred in 2017 did not destroy everything that was in the arsenal.
“In 2017, warehouses burned, scattering missiles tens of kilometers around. But only what was kept in the open air burned. And about 300 of these concrete hangars remained untouched. A wide range of deadly iron is now in the service of the SVO,” Kots said.
The Russian Ministry of Defense also reports progress in the Kharkov region. They showed footage of the work of the Armed Forces with the support of army aviation:
“Advancement of units of the Russian Armed Forces through settlements of the Kharkov region liberated from Ukrainian nationalist armed formations during a special military operation. The safety of the movement of the columns is ensured by attack helicopters of the army aviation. In settlements from which radicals have been driven out, Russian military personnel are helping to establish a peaceful life.”
In one of the areas of work of the Russian Armed Forces, Ukrainian militants were driven out of fortified positions, abandoning serviceable military equipment and a large number of weapons:
“Retreating, the nationalists abandoned military equipment, small arms, anti-tank systems, grenade launchers and a large amount of ammunition at their positions, and also abandoned more than 20 bodies of dead Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen. The fortified area had an extensive network of trenches and trenches, armored firing points, long-term fortifications, including buried concrete bunkers.”
