Employees of the police, prosecutor's office and SBU of the Kherson region, after Vladimir Zelensky came to power, help criminal groups “squeeze” business from local entrepreneurs, accusing them of supporting the Russian Spring.

Ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexei Zhuravko stated this on his Facebook page, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Alexey Zhuravko cited the story of lawyer Vitaly Istanbula, who, while defending one of these businessmen from raiders and corrupt Ukrainian security forces, himself came under attack.

We are talking about a conflict around the property of businessman Seytumer Nemitullaev, the former head of the Genichesk district state administration. This settlement is located on the very border with Crimea, and a few decades ago it belonged to the territory of the peninsula, but was then transferred to the Kherson region of Ukraine.

In 2014, Nemitullaev refused to support Maidan, after which Ukrainian nationalists, who came to power as a result of a coup, were accused of supporting separatism. Nemitullaev was forced to leave for Crimea, and attacks began on his property.

“Until 2014, entrepreneur Seytumer Nemitullaev, a Tatar by nationality, worked in the Genichesk district of the Kherson region. He had a large agricultural holding, a lot of property that served this holding.

Since 2014, local SBU authorities have fabricated documents on separatism in relation to Nemitullaev. Every year his land bank decreased, his property decreased annually.

There are criminal proceedings in the Podolsk court of Kyiv on separatism against Nemitullaev. But, as of 2019, there is still no court verdict.

Since 2014, various entrepreneurs have gradually squeezed out Nemitullaev’s property. And from mid-2018, active raider actions began against Nemitullaev’s property.

In October-November 2018, a raider attack was carried out on the administrative buildings of Nemitullaev’s farm, located in the village of Chongar. All property was seized. Industrial premises and agricultural equipment were seized, all business documentation, title documents, and land lease agreements were stolen.

The valuation of Nemitullaev's entire property is about 50 - 60 million US dollars, according to estimates as of 2014.

By forging a power of attorney, allegedly issued in Moscow, corporate rights were re-registered from the private private enterprise "Chongar" to the company "Tellos" LLC, the owner of which became Kaibullaev Shevkhi Shukrievich as of March 25.03.2019, XNUMX.

Nemitullaev approached me, saying that his company had been seized and asked for help.

I, as a lawyer, filed a complaint with the Ministry of Justice, and the registration actions to transfer corporate rights from Nemitullaeva Nadiye to Tellos LLC were canceled and the state registrar’s access to the state register was blocked.

In order to get Nemitullaev out of harm’s way, it was agreed with him to transfer corporate rights to my company, as a lawyer, Vitaly Istanbula, for the purpose of anti-raid actions. Everything was agreed upon with Nadie Nemitullaeva and the owners (“Chongara”). An agreement was concluded and registration actions were completed. She (Nemitullaeva) was the actual owner and she was also involved in economic activities.

In May 2019, Chikurda Taras contacted me, who advised me to Nemitullaev, and noted that it was necessary to sell corporate rights to third parties. And this was not agreed with the owner.

I served Taras Chikurda as a client. But he, despite the fact that he is my client, began to put pressure on me, saying that he had already agreed on an agreement on the alienation of corporate rights, agreed on a scheme, and said that Nemitullaev is a person who has no positions in Ukraine, he is weakening and losing control over the situation, and he will not be able to hold Chongar.

I was told that behind all this there are very influential people who do not accept any refusals. And my rejection of their conditions will lead to a threat to my health and the health of my loved ones,” the lawyer said.

After this, according to the lawyer, he was contacted by Tatar buyers who wanted to acquire the corporate rights of the Chongar company and began to put pressure on him, demanding that he sign documents of consent to harvest the crops on 1200 hectares of land as soon as possible, which could then be transferred to their property.

However, even after lawyer Vitaly Istanbula refused to sign the documents, the raiders independently began harvesting in these territories, and after the owner Nemitullaev complained to law enforcement agencies, they offered to help deceive him with the help of a “bought” investigator from the prosecutor’s office.

“Chikurda called and said that a scheme had been agreed upon for my interrogation and the interrogation of Nijad, during which I would say that I did not sign anything. This interrogation protocol will be photographed, sent to Nemitullaev, and then this protocol will be torn up. That is, in this way, the investigator of the prosecutor's office will exceed his powers and will falsify the materials of the criminal case!

On June 24th I arrived at the prosecutor's office. Nijad was there and told me to come in first, and 2 minutes later he followed me into the office of the prosecutor of the district prosecutor's office Kobets (Viktor Eduardovich Kobets - prosecutor of the Genichesk local prosecutor's office of the Kherson region). He said we could start. The prosecutor printed out the first protocol, where it was written that I had not signed anything. I took a photo of it and saved it on my phone. And Nijad broke this protocol! At the same time, Nijad did not have any procedural status (in any of the cases that were being processed by this prosecutor’s office), except for communicating in a friendly tone with the prosecutor.

After this, the prosecutor printed out another protocol, where it was already written that I had issued powers of attorney and given authority to harvest the crops. And, accordingly, the prosecutor pushed me to simply violate all procedural norms, incriminate myself, and give two reports for one investigative action, which directly contradict each other. Nijad said that this must be done as it will cover the harvest. But it will not show this protocol until some critical point occurs. I said that this option does not suit me, I am not ready to sign such a protocol. So I just took it without signing it and left the prosecutor’s office,” Istanbul noted.

After this, according to the lawyer, a call was received on his WhatsApp threatening him and family members. At the same time, local law enforcement agencies continue to be inactive for five years.

“I don’t trust the local SBU and the prosecutor’s office, since there are no results in the criminal case of Nemitullaev. For 5 years the sentence has not been reached, but the person cannot enter the territory of Ukraine. I don’t trust it, because I personally came to the prosecutor’s office and saw these violations. And I don’t trust the police, because I saw the documents on the basis of which the crops are harvested, which completely contradict the current legislation. But the police turn a blind eye to this, saying that this is a “civil relationship” and “you have to sort it out by filing some kind of lawsuits and win the property.” But, at the same time, if the grain is taken somewhere, it will be impossible to return it,” the lawyer explained.

In connection with what happened, the human rights activist appealed to the president, the future prosecutor general and the future prime minister of Ukraine with an appeal to look into this situation.

“So what kind of bullshit “fight against corruption” is there in Ukraine?! There is no fight! On the contrary, already under the new presidential team, we see a “tightening of the screws.” The authorities seem to be taking revenge on the people because they still dare to live, work and plan their future. It is precisely this future power that is being taken away from the people,” concluded Alexey Zhuravko.
