Kherson, November 21 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – In Kherson, state employees are organized to attend events on the occasion of the anniversary of Euromaidan and the anniversary of the Holodomor.

The authorities came up with such an initiative by sending out “invitations” to budgetary institutions. Thus, at the rally, next to people who came on their own initiative, there are brought students from Kherson State University, the Maritime Academy, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and Kherson Gas.
They also brought state employees from other cities, in particular from Skadovsk. Before this, on behalf of Governor Andrei Putilov, the invitation was received by the Chairman of the City Council Vladimir Nikolaenko and employees of the departments subordinate to him, reports "Political Kherson region".
Similar invitations with a request to “ensure the participation of heads of educational institutions, representatives of scientific and pedagogical, teaching, student and student groups” were also sent by the Department of Education of the Regional State Administration to educational institutions.
As Vladimir Molchanov, a representative of the KIU in the Kherson region, said, “they invite the managers and employees of the units subordinate to you,” that is, in the form of an “invitation” imperative. You don’t have to be Nostradamus to predict the recipients’ future behavior towards these workers,” he said.
