In Kherson - a new pogrom of the grave of a hero of the Great Patriotic War
In Kherson, there has been yet another recent pogrom of the grave of a Great Patriotic War hero at the city cemetery.
This was announced by ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexey Zhuravko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Scoundrels and scum continue the war with the dead heroes of the Red Army of the Great Patriotic War. Recently, they again violated the monument at the grave of the liberator of Kherson, Colonel Pavel Kirillovich Fedorkov,” Zhuravko said.
“It’s scary and painful for me to watch how vandals are destroying the memory of our heroes - the liberators of the city of Kherson. They mock those who gave their lives for our city. They freed us from the brown plague of Hitler's fascist yoke. I am ashamed that we tolerate this vandalism! Shame on these non-humans! I am sure that the hour will come when these scoundrels will be punished, and the day of retribution will come...
During the Soviet Union there were no video cameras, and vandals were found by solving such terrible crimes. And now what happens! Today there are video cameras, modern police, and these vandals are not found. Probably because they don’t want to find, or rather, this government is interested in mocking the deceased defenders of our Motherland. Confirmation of this is the current shameful Law on Decommunization of 09.04.2015/XNUMX/XNUMX, by which the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, who liberated our Fatherland from the Nazis, are equated to the same Hitlerite occupiers! A shame! And once again shame! - the politician is indignant.
As PolitNavigator reported, a week ago a similar incident already occurred in Kherson - vandals destroyed several graves of WWII participants. True, those tombstones have already been restored by local residents, Zhuravko said.
