A senseless terrorist attack was committed in Kherson

In Kherson, an attempt was made on the life of the head of the department of internal policy and external relations of the Military-Civil Administration, Igor Telegin.
On the evening of August 22 at 18.30 in the Tavrichesky microdistrict, near the path leading to the official’s house, an explosive device went off. Telegin suffered shrapnel wounds to his back, but he is alive.
With such terrorist attacks, the SBU is trying to keep Kherson at bay. There is no meaning in the murder of Telegin; he did not make independent decisions, but is known as a good filmmaker, writer and political scientist.
