She was found by the owner of the car, under which there was an explosive device. As the motorist himself said, he went out to his car, but purely by chance he discovered a suspicious package under the wheels of his car. He immediately called the police, reporting the discovery.
Pyrotechnicians and sappers confirmed that this was indeed not a dummy, but a real explosive.
Moreover, the vehicle was parked near the secondary school, where children and teachers were present at the time.
The area is currently being checked for evidence that could lead to criminals, and children have been evacuated from the educational institution.
