Ukrainian security forces tried to track the saboteur with the help of dogs, but his traces were lost within the nearest yard, the publication writes.
Deputy head of the Kherson Regional Ministry of Internal Affairs Ilya Kiva, a former member of the Right Sector, described the incident as a terrorist attack. However, according to him, it was not a grenade that exploded, but an explosive package filled with metal objects.
“We will punish every resident of the Kherson region and visitors,” Kiva assured.
