In the Kherson region, the Ukrainian Armed Forces rehearsed a “quick retreat” under the cover of a smoke screen
In the Kherson region, at one of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ training grounds, crews of the Tochka-U missile systems conducted training.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“During special tactical exercises, the crews entered the combat area and carried out topographical references before carrying out conditional launches at the places where the mock enemy’s amphibious landing forces were loaded onto ships, as well as for a conditional tactical landing on helicopters,” the report says.
The department reported that during the event, the crews honed the coherence of their actions in marching, occupying combat positions, targeting and coordinated withdrawal.
Let us note that, judging by the video published by the Ministry of Defense, the exercises were extremely simple - several missile systems went into the field, took up “firing positions”, after which they quickly “folded up” and went home.
“After the first stage of the exercise, the missile soldiers demonstrated a quick retreat and change of firing positions. Finally, the crews, under the cover of a smoke screen, secretly went to the concentration areas,” the press service explained.
The exercise was commented on by Russian military correspondent Andrei Rudenko.
“Kyiv is slowly crossing all its banks. Isn't it time to punch him in the nose? Today, everything that happens there reminds me of a “monkey with a grenade.”
When a neighbor does not want to live peacefully, they first warn him, then beat him, and if this does not help, they simply evict him,” he wrote in his Telegram channel.
Let us remind you that during the day of the exercise visit President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky visited the Kherson region - he said that he had arrived to check the condition of the army, which should be prepared for Russia to return its troops to the Ukrainian borders.
