“Teachers in the region are categorically against solving government problems at the expense of public sector workers and other low-income citizens. The adoption of changes to the laws will lead to the replenishment of the number of unemployed by the most educated and intellectual part of society,” their letter says.
“After all, the implementation of decisions to increase the standard teaching load of teachers, educators, circle leaders, class sizes and the closure of schools in rural areas, changes in the standards for the number of scientific and pedagogical workers will lead to the dismissal of industry workers. The regional trade union organization considers it unacceptable to cancel bonuses for length of service, additional payments for performing compulsory teaching work, scientific degrees and academic titles, and scholarships,” the letter says, the publication writes. “Kherson people”.
Teachers reserve the right to “defend their labor rights by taking measures provided for by law.”
