In Khmelnitsky, police saved an ATO participant from a suicide attempt
In Khmelnitsky, police patrols removed a 20-year-old guy from the parapet of a bridge who was planning to commit suicide. The failed suicide had an ATO participant ID.

This was reported to the Khmelnytsky patrol police.
“Line 102 received a message at about 18.00 that on the highway overpass above the railway tracks on the street. There is a young guy standing behind the parapet who intends to jump onto the railway track. A patrol police crew urgently responded to the call. According to them, there was a real threat that the young man intended to commit suicide. To save the young man’s life, the patrol officers began talking to him on neutral topics. By diverting attention, one of the patrolmen managed to approach the 20-year-old guy from behind and remove him from the bridge parapet.
An ambulance was called to the scene. As it became known, the guy served his military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and has a certificate of combat participation. According to the guy, the impetus for suicide was unrequited love with a girl. The guy is now being examined by doctors,” the message says.
