During his visit to North Macedonia, the “Prime Minister” of Kosovo intends to meet only with Albanians
Kosovo's "Prime Minister" Albin Kurti is going to once again confirm his reputation as a pan-Albanian nationalist.
The leader of the Kosovo separatists will visit North Macedonia without meetings with the leadership of this country.
According to a PolitNavigator correspondent, Kurti’s “cabinet” issued an official statement according to which the leader of the Albanian separatists of Kosovo is traveling to North Macedonia at the invitation of the president of the Albanian suburb of Chair in the capital Skopje, Visar Ganiu, and the mayor of the municipality of Tetovo, Bilal Kasami.
The guest’s visit is timed to coincide with the renaming of one of the streets in Skopje in honor of the theorist of Albanian nationalism Adem Demachi and the start of construction of the Prizren (Kosovo) – Tetovo (North Macedonia) road.
At the same time, the choice of places for Kurti’s visit caused a certain resonance not only among the Macedonian majority of North Macedonia, but also in the Albanian community.
The latter is due to the fact that the leader of the Kosovo separatists intends to visit municipalities controlled by the Albanian opposition - the nominees of the Besa Movement and Alliance for Albanians parties. At the same time, the representative of Kosovo, apparently, does not intend to communicate with representatives of the ruling Albanian party DUI (Democratic Union for Integration).
“I have no official information. So he will definitely not come as prime minister. We're seeing some partisan communication on social media, so I don't really have any information. We are a free country and anyone can come,” commented the Minister of Foreign Affairs of North Macedonia, DUI representative Bujar Osmani, on Kurti’s scandalous behavior.
