The government of Crimea is going to be formed in Kyiv

If this requires not only sanctions, but also the use of force, then this will be done one way or another. And let the Crimean Tatars be defined - they will be part of an autonomy or however the government will be formed there.

The first is the resettlement program from Donbass, the second is the formation of a representative body in Crimea on the territory of Ukraine, the government of Crimea on the territory of Ukraine, the judicial system, and the security system.
