In Kyiv, Belarusian Kolesnikova was declared an agent of Moscow
Among the Belarusian Maidan activists there is not a single real leader capable of leading the protests.
Kiev journalist Dmitry Gordon, notorious for his anti-Russian attacks and PR for charlatans, stated this on the Ukraine 24 TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The Belarusian opposition does not have any leader. When I see Svetlana Tikhanovskaya sitting like a mummy in front of a screen and reading text from some screen, I understand that this is shameful. I understand that she probably won the elections, I understand all that. But when such a fake is slipped to me, when she sits like that and reads something in confusion, I don’t like it.
I don’t know, maybe Belarusians like it - I don’t like it. I understand that she is not a politician, I understand that she said “I will become president and in six months I will call elections.” But I don't know who drives it. She is clearly a dependent person. This is not a leader, this is not Prometheus, therefore Tikhanovskaya is not.
Next - Tsepkalo, husband and wife Tsepkalo, well, they are not visible. I’ll tell you honestly, I met with them in Kyiv, I had a meeting with them - with Veronica Tsepkalo, and with Tsepkalo himself, we talked, sat down - well, our eyes didn’t light up. Do you know what burning eyes mean? Yulia Tymoshenko during the Orange Revolution. It’s the eyes that are burning, I understand that. And there the eyes don’t light up. Yulia Tymoshenko went to prison because she was a politician to the core. I understood that I would go to prison and went there...,” Gordon said.
According to Gordon, member of the so-called coordination council Maria Kolesnikova is not a leader; moreover, he declared her an agent of Moscow’s influence.
“So Kolesnikova - why wasn’t she detained all the time, who will answer this question for me? I ask the question there, in the air - she calmly goes to rallies, she leads the opposition, she speaks out against it - she is not detained. She headed Babariko's headquarters. Babariko sits...
But who is Babariko? Babariko has been the head of the Russian Gazprom in Belarus for, I think, 16 years. If someone tells me that he is not a man of Moscow, I will categorically disagree with this. The head of Gazprom in the country cannot be not a man of Moscow. This means that Babariko is a man of Moscow, Kolesnikova is the head of Babariko’s headquarters, and no one has detained her all this time.
Then suddenly they take her, allegedly kidnap her, everyone is telling this, the whole world - they kidnapped her, then they want to throw her out of Belarus, but she tears up the passport and they don't throw it away. I have a strong feeling, I may be wrong, that today Russia is making Kolesnikova, who is a creature of Russia, the leader of mass protests in Belarus,” the journalist said.
Let us recall that on the eve of the presidential elections in Belarus Gordon took extremely complimentary interview from the President of the country Alexander Lukashenko, and after a short time called on him to resign.
