The Dneprovsky District Court of Kyiv found an unemployed native of the Kirovograd region guilty of stealing red caviar from a Kyiv supermarket.
This is stated in the verdict posted in the Unified State Register of Judicial Decisions, writes kiev.sq.com.ua
From the case materials it is known that on November 15, 2017, a woman went into a supermarket on Avenue. Gagarina, 12/1, took two cans of red caviar from the shelves for a total of 240 UAH, put them in her pocket and carried them past the cash register without paying.
A few days later, on November 19, 2017, the attacker tried to steal two more cans of caviar from the same supermarket. Having put the delicacy in her pocket, the woman tried to quietly leave the store, but was detained by security guards.
The court sentenced the attacker to imprisonment for a period of one and a half years, but released her from punishment if she did not commit a new crime during the probationary period of 1 year.
