In Kyiv, militants in camouflage and with machine guns seized Novinsky's office
Kyiv, February 13 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – In Kyiv, a group of militants in camouflage seized the office of oligarch Vadim Novinsky.
Deputy Alexander Vilkul announced this from the rostrum of the Verkhovna Rada.

“The public reception of deputy Novinsky was seized. Based on the semi-left ruling of the Pechersk court, known for its lawlessness, more than 50 people in camouflage and with machine guns seized a public reception area. Office workers were locked in the premises and forcibly detained. Communications have been cut off so that there is no possibility of obtaining legal assistance. Deputies were not allowed there, deputy Vadim Novinsky was not released from there,” Vilkul said.
A little later, the press service of the Opposition Bloc reported that the armed people who seized the office were employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs; they were conducting a search, which may be connected with an attempted raider takeover of Novinsky’s business.
Earlier, deputy Tatyana Chernovol stated that Novinsky illegally sits in the Verkhovna Rada, since, according to her, he did not renounce his Russian passport.
Chernovol was called the leader of the storming of the Kyiv office of the Party of Regions last winter, during which PR employees were killed.
