The Kyiv District Administrative Court has opened proceedings on a lawsuit against Verkhovna Rada Speaker Andrei Parubiy, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The court opened proceedings on the claim of MP Viktor Vovk.
The plaintiff asks that “Parubiy’s inactivity be declared unlawful, since he does not nominate a candidate for the post of head of the Rada Administration and does not propose that parliament make an appropriate decision.”
The court will consider this case using a simplified procedure.
