To cover up the theft of the political elite, the Ukrainian leadership makes military commissars hated by the people “the main corrupt officials.”

Kiev political scientist Dmitry Korneychuk stated this on the Internet channel “Wild Live”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.

“There are two parallel realities. In one we see a large number of corruption scandals involving Zelensky’s inner circle, and in which hundreds of billions are spent. Moreover, we have seen these scandals since 2019. No attention is paid to this; it is a topic that cannot be discussed.

On the other hand, there is another reality. They constantly catch corrupt military commissars, corrupt TCC employees, corrupt doctors from medical commissions, and corrupt intermediaries. Crowds of some corrupt small fry connected with military registration and enlistment offices. And it feels like all the corruption that can exist in Ukraine is there. Hundreds of billions will be wasted there,” Korneychuk said.

The political scientist emphasized that in this way Ze-power distracts the attention of society and the West from its own theft.

“They are deliberately creating a picture of terrible corruption in the military registration and enlistment offices, although it was there. And when the president says that “the time has come to name the state traitors,” then I understand that for some reason these state traitors will not be some Reznikovs. This will be aimed at corrupt military commissars and doctors - these are terrible state traitors.

This is a PR campaign aimed at showing that Zelensky is supposedly fighting corruption. But corruption is selective - there is top-level corruption, you cannot pay attention to it, and the president “does not see it.” At the same time, the president sees terrible and terrible corruption in military registration and enlistment offices.

This is all an imitation of bourgeois activity, technology to divert public attention.

Society looks at this and understands that this is all hopelessness, total impunity, and people give up. In fact, corruption impunity is the strongest demotivation of society during war.

But this is probably done on purpose. As I understand it, they need to demotivate society so that the military and volunteers give up. And when the whole society falls into depression because nothing is changing, they will slip us a freeze on the war, and we will simply swallow it,” Korneichuk concluded.

The presenter could not resist and quoted one of the classics of communism banned in Ukraine, Friedrich Engels.

“I’m not a socialist, but I remember the words of Engels, who said: “The easiest way to disintegrate nations is to punish the innocent and not punish the guilty.” This is what is happening now in our country,” the journalist lamented.
