Vladimir Putin’s proposal to return Ukrainian military equipment from Crimea is a cunning plan to ruin Ukraine. Military expert Ivan Yakubets stated this on TV channel 112, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
He suggested instead suing Russia and instead of rusting ships and armored personnel carriers, demanding monetary compensation from it.

“The part that he suggested we return in passing, it will not strengthen the combat capability of the Armed Forces one step. She will only give us expenses, because, for sure, this equipment is all rendered unusable or stolen. Money needs to be invested in it, so it’s better to build new ships and take the fleet seriously. And here we need to use pressure through the courts for the return of money as a political factor,” Yakubets said.
